Most clients secure their date three to six months out. Peak season Saturdays from June through September often go a full year ahead. If your date is close, reach out and we'll confirm availability the same day.

Plan for roughly 10×10 feet for the Open-Air booth and a standard power outlet within twenty-five feet. We handle everything else.

Never. We arrive ninety minutes early to build the setup and stay after to strike it. You're only charged for the hours the booth is live.

Yes. Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland are included. Whistler, the Fraser Valley and Vancouver Island are available with a travel fee quoted upfront.

Absolutely. Every package includes a custom template. Send us your invitation, brand kit or colour palette and our designer builds the print layout and on-screen graphics to match.
