A photo booth for a corporate holiday party in Vancouver costs $800 for 3 hours, $900 for 4 hours, or $1,000 for 5 hours with QuickPic. Most teams book 3 or 4 hours. Add Custom Branding for $150 if you want your logo on the prints and screen. Book early, because December fills up fast.
That's the short version. Below we'll walk through how much time you need, what branding looks like, how to fit the booth into your venue, and when to lock in your date. We're QuickPic Photo Booth, serving Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, and holiday season is one of our favourite times of year.
How much does a holiday party photo booth cost?
Our pricing is the same flat rate whether it's a wedding in July or your team's party in December. Here's how the Open-Air booth packages break down:
- •Essential: 3 hours, $800
- •Signature: 4 hours, $900
- •Extended: 5 hours, $1,000
- •Extra Hour: $100 each
Every package comes with a booth attendant, unlimited prints, instant digital sharing by QR code or email, and a custom print layout. You can see the full breakdown on our packages page.
Most corporate clients add one or two extras. The ones that make the most sense for a work party are:
- •Custom Branding: $150 (logo overlays, screens and print frames)
- •Premium Backdrop: $120 (custom vinyl backdrop printed for your event)
- •Leather Guest Book: $95 (attendant-mounted prints and notes)
- •Roaming Photographer: $320/hr (flash-lit candids around the room)
So a 4 hour Signature package with Custom Branding comes to $1,050 before tax. Add the Premium Backdrop and you're at $1,170. Setup and teardown aren't billed, since you only pay for the hours the booth is live.
How many hours should you book for an office holiday party?
For most teams, 3 hours is plenty. A typical holiday party has a cocktail and mingling stretch, then dinner, then speeches or awards, then a bit of dancing or socializing to close out the night. The booth gets busiest during the mingling and after dinner.
If your party runs a full evening with a long reception up front, go with 4 hours so the booth is open for both peaks. Five hours makes sense for a big gala, a multi-department event, or a party where people arrive in waves.
One tip we give every planner: don't open the booth the second doors open. Give guests 20 or 30 minutes to grab a drink and find their coworkers. Then turn it on. You'll get a lot more out of every hour you pay for.
Can you brand the photo booth for our company?
Yes, and this is where a corporate party really stands apart from a regular one. With the Custom Branding add-on, we put your logo on the on-screen graphics and the print frames, so every strip that leaves the booth carries your brand.

We can go further for companies that want a fully branded setup. That can include a printed backdrop, branded prints, a custom photo booth shell design, a custom welcome screen, and matching email templates for the digital copies. It's a nice touch for a client appreciation night or a holiday party where you've invited partners and vendors.

You don't have to go corporate with it, though. Plenty of teams pick a festive print design with the company name small in the corner and leave the rest fun. Snowflakes, a winter colour palette, or your party's theme all work. Have a peek at our corporate events page to see the kind of setups we build.
How much space does the booth need at a Vancouver venue?
The Open-Air booth needs a 10x10 ft footprint, with a power outlet within 25 ft. That's it. It fits in hotel ballrooms, restaurant private rooms, brewery event spaces, and open office floors.
Because it's open-air (no enclosed box or curtain), groups of coworkers can pile in together, and people walking by can see what's happening. That visibility matters at a work party. Once a few people jump in, everyone else wants a turn.
We arrive about ninety minutes early to set up, so the booth is ready before your first guests walk in. If your venue has load-in rules or a tight schedule, just let us know and we'll work around it.
When should you book a photo booth for a December party?
As soon as you have your date. Holiday party season in the Lower Mainland is squeezed into a few weekends, and Friday and Saturday nights in early to mid December tend to go first.
If your party is on a weeknight, you'll usually have more flexibility. Some companies hold their party in January to dodge the rush, which also works great.
To hold your date we take a 20% deposit. You can check availability and reserve right on our booking page.
Why do photo booths work so well at work parties?
Holiday parties have a funny dynamic. People from different teams who only know each other from email suddenly share a room. A lot of guests hang back at first, and the night can split into little clusters by department.
A booth gives everyone an easy reason to mix. Someone from finance drags the sales team in for a group shot, the props come out, and suddenly people are laughing together. It's low pressure, it doesn't need a host, and nobody has to give a speech.
It also leaves you with something to show for the night. Guests take home a printed keepsake, and digital copies land on their phones right away. Your HR or marketing team gets a full gallery afterward, which makes a great recap for your internal newsletter or social channels.
We've completed 350+ bookings across Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, North Vancouver, Langley and Whistler, and holiday parties are some of the most fun nights on our calendar.
What should you ask before you book?
A few quick questions will save you headaches later:
Does the venue allow outside vendors, and are there load-in times? Is there an outlet near where you want the booth? Do you want branding, a festive design, or both? And who on your team should receive the digital gallery afterward?
If you've got those answers ready, booking is quick. If you're not sure about any of it, that's fine too. Reach out and we'll help you figure out the right setup for your team.

Yes. Our Custom Branding add-on is $150 and covers logo overlays, on-screen graphics and branded print frames. You can keep it subtle or go fully on brand, it's up to you.

Nope. We show up about ninety minutes early to set up and we pack down after, but you only pay for the hours the booth is actually running.
